Cardio interval is a once a week. Once my training picks up so will this type of cardio. In order to get thru a meet you need to be in condition. True condition for peak performance.

  1. 300 meter row
  2. 20 BW squats
  3. plank hold 40sec
  4. stepmill 1 min
