We've finally moved on from the hell that was the Hypertrophy Block (I hope I never see the words "myo reps" in my training program again... or at least for a very long time)-- but is the grass really greener? All jokes aside, I'm really excited to see how this new training cycle goes. We're experimenting with some new training methods, part of which includes doing ALL THREE COMP LIFTS every single training session. While it looks like a lot of work, these training sessions are actually moving fairly quickly-- actually a bit shorter than my training sessions usually last. Happy to be the guinea pig for my Coach, and hoping to learn a lot about myself as a lifter through this experimentation type cycle!
