After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

This particular Friday night was a hard training session to get going. I was just drained and didn't really want to be in the gym, but my wife was working all evening at her job and I didn't have much else to do, so I just cranked the tunes and did what I could. I still ended up getting after it, and having a good leg pump. Rest up and hope the next one is a bit better.
