After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.
For programming and coaching inquires, please email SmitleyPerformanceSystems@gmail.com or visit brandonsmitley.comThis was a really good leg training session, and it was the day after I traveled to pick up some equipment that I bought online from Facebook. We ended up getting us a seated leg curl machine, reverse pec dec/pec dec machine, and a 0-90 bench to add to the gym. The bench was desperately needed, and the machines are to slowly grow our membership base and provide more accessory work to get people to think we do more than just powerlift here (it's a big issue, when in reality our business model is focused towards sports performance and personal training).
Anyways, a really good leg session breaking in some of the new toys. Back at it hard!
