Same story, lack of sleep, feet felt broken, knees were tight ad swollen from work. "Just keep swimming... swimming"

Perseverance is the only way to keep moving forward and guess what happened??? I had a great training session. Mind over matter. And got to train with a group of great gals. This helps so much to train hard to push others and to be pushed. And to laugh so hard that your rolling on the floor. Perfect ending to this hellacious leg session.

Warm up: 5 min bike/foam roll/ stretch everything

  • Leg press 4x20
  • Hack squats 4x10
  • Single leg squats 4x10
  • Counter squats 4x15
  • Leg extensions 4x25
  • Glute kickback 4x10
  • Seated ham curl 4x12
