After having a year away from the platform and a terrible showing at the 2018 XPC Bench Bash, I'm gearing back up for a multiply bench only competition, the APF Pressing the Pieces Together on April 27th, 2019. This meet helps bring awareness and charity donations for Autism Awareness. I'm looking to compete at 132lbs and just have a good meet back, while running my new gym, THIRST, and rehabbing my low back issues.

Not the greatest leg session, but it was good enough for my liking. We picked up a lying leg curl for the gym, and ever since I've been loving it (and so have our members). I'm starting to implement some light 10x10 on some squats (and soon to be RDL's) to work back into these movement patterns and hope that I can (crossing my fingers) get back to some kind of harder lifting again after the bench meet is over. It will probably be my third or fourth go and attempting to make this happen, but who knows. I figured it at least let me doing some with squatting, which I wanted to do this night for whatever reason.
