Decided to put my briefs back on and get under the bar to see how my SI joint felt. Overall it didn't feel bad and now today after squatting it doesn't hurt either. I may be good to go to do the XPC, but I have to discuss finances with the boss.

We had a large crew squatting today at CTX and it was great. I love seeing all of these folks pushing themselves to get stronger and more efficient. It helps me.
