Using this Slingshot on my Raw Bench weeks is really allowing me to train without pain which is helping me out a ton. My lockout is my only concern at this point. I have no more aspirations of ever doing a raw meet ever again due to my shoulder issues. The Slingshot allows me to train my lockout, train without pain and it allows me to work around these high mileage shoulders so I can hopefully still get carry over in my bench shirt.

I came out of today's training feeling good and confident about my direction and my game plan for my future in multiply lifting. I cant train in a shirt every week so this is a nice compliment to a shirt with out using a shirt.
