I know I've been MIA for a while now. Long story short, about 9 weeks ago a close family member was diagnosed with cancer. Things really started to go downhill fast. I decided a few weeks back to pull out of doing USS Nationals so I could keep my focus where it needed to be, on my family. Unfortunately he passed away a little over a week ago. It was very hard for everyone involved.

On top of that, I also had some other family health issues and some private family issues I've been dealing with. Needless to say my mind hasn't been in it on the training end. I also have no regrets about that as strongman is just a hobby. Family is just more important to me.

So while I've been MIA and had a lot of stress and other things going on in my life I have still been getting some training in.
