Floor press Add 3 chains per side (60# at the top) 135x10 225x5x3 sets 315x3 365x3 405x3 445x2, missed 3 (505# at the top) Slingshot 445x2, rerack 445x2 again 275x18

-So last time I did this movement I hit 435x3 with 2 chains per side. I was a little greedy with the extra 10# plus the chain, and it was too much obviously. So I went with the slingshot (where I hit 405x10 last time) and struggled with 2 reps at 445. Just a weird day. A little frustrating but I'm healthy.

Went full bodybuilder after that... Pin presses (position 6, which is a 1/3 to a 1/4 lockout in our rack) 225x10 275x10 315x10 365x10 405x5

BW dips 25-25-25-15 (pop in tricep/rear delt, no pain but cut it early)

Band push downs 4x15

Grenade face pulls Rev hyper face pulls 5x10 each
