  • 90/90 Breathing [5 breaths]
  • Hips Stretch Sequence: Kneeling Hip Flexor/Psoas stretch (extension) [5 breaths each side], Hip Capsule "Mobilization" [5 breaths each side]
  • calf & ankle smash
  • 20 minute walk outside while listening to an audio book [Current read: The Art of Learning]
