Jeremy Frey has always been lifter that I have looked up in this sport and aspired to be as a competitor on the platform. He always came in with discipline and a plan and did not stray from that plan. I can only hope to have as great of a performance next weekend at the XPC Finals. In this video is Frey competing at the 2012 XPC Finals that I also competed in. It was the first time I ever met him and it was an honor to watch him compete. He was a machine the whole day, single minded in purpose. I have a plan and I intend on sticking to it.
