I feel good about this bench day. Brian programs a higher rep bench day for me each week, and it's great for me to get more competition specific work in. The weight was perfect and moved well. All the benches were taken and I didn't feel like waiting so I wheeled a bench into the rig and had at it. This session was fairly quick as usual so I took the time to walk on the treadmill while waiting for Seth to finish up. I'm on break from school until the second week of January and I'm working my way through the precision nutrition course, but spending a lot of time relaxing. It's nice to have a bit of a breather.
