I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

Thursday's bench session was pretty quick and overall rather good. More improvement on the Swiss Bar and building some good momentum to end the training block. I'll be training at elitefts all weekend long for the Powerlifting Experience 2.0, so I'm looking forward to some great coaching, lifting, memories, and fun. If you didn't sign up for this...you're really missing out!
