Apparently my hamstring isn't as healed as I thought it was. My hamstring feels "good" after squats on Wednesday, so I thought I would be able to get back on track with deadlifts. Reviewing the video I can see I'm not getting any speed off of the floor, which is a must for me to pull heavy weights. And my positioning is pretty bad with my hips higher than normal and shoulders forward. Long story short my body is still protecting my hamstring. I'll continue to rehab and see if I can pull it together for the meet. Otherwise it might be a bench only meet for me.
