My last squat session I was feeling a little weak out of the hole, so I'll be doing some pause squats the next few weeks. Today felt slow, but I'm also probably not recovered from Sunday's deadlift session. The speed of these looked better than they felt.

I set the chains high and it ended up being a brutal position to stop and start from, so I guess that was good. It forced me to stay really tight in an awkward position.
