I’m feeling pretty good except I have some residual mucus in my throat. I cough a lot, hack it up and sometimes breathing is tough but otherwise I feel good. I’m still not feeling strong but not feeling sick anymore is taking things in the right direction. Here is what I did…

Warm-ups

Stationary bike (3-minutes), hip rotations, knee TKE’s, band pull aparts

Deadlifts from blocks-bar just below the knee

135 for 10 reps

225 for 5 sets of 10 reps (3 sets conventional, 2 sets sumo)

Leg press- unilateral

Empty sled for 10 sets of 10 reps (focus on keeping both sleds moving together)

Reverse hyper

70 for 5 sets of 10 reps

Cable crunches

50 for 3 sets of 20

Everything felt heavy today and I kept hacking….
