After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

With my birthday having been on Monday, I was busy doing things with the wife and family that I had to let training slide a bit. But I figured out how I can rearrange things to keep things moving forward for the next few weeks. Not the end of the work, but merely shifting some days around and combining some training days and I should be back on schedule in no time.
