My pec is still healing up from a strain a few weeks back, so I held off on heavy benching today and did shoulder, upper back, and arm work. I tried kneeling landmine presses for shoulders for the first time (after seeing Jeremy Hoonstra do them) and they wreck EVERYTHING. My shoulders, back and abs were all working hard and I didn't even use very much weight. It'll be something cool to work in once in a while as a different overhead movement. Along with the training from today I wanted to share something that really stuck out to me from the Sports Performance Summit this past weekend:

D2. Dumbbell Curls - 3x12 w/ rest-pause
