Cable Face Pulls 3x20 superset cable seated Rows 3x20

JM Press w curl bar 3x10 superset heavy cable tri pushdowns 3x10

Ab Roller 3x10 superset dumbbell front raise 3 x20 @15 lbs

I did this all in about 50 min, do I was actually pretty fatigued by the end.

I plan to hit a heavy bench on Thursday and heavy squat on Saturday.
