I ended up pushing my Tuesday training day to Wednesday because this week PT school began sending me daily emails and messages about things that I either need to do, buy, or be ready for when orientation begins. Looks like it's woo-sah time to keep the stress and blood pressure down until I can get into a new routine. I noticed some weird weaknesses today that I was not previously aware of, so I'll be testing some stuff and addressing them as needed if confirmed.

18" DL

10x45

10x135

6x245

4x335

2x425

2x5x475

5x495

5x505

5x525 - My right low back was getting fatigued early on the last few sets. This is the first time I have been able to feel this during tugging and I'm wondering if it is still lingering weakness from when I fugged it up last year at America's Strongest Man at the Olympia.

Trap Bar DL

5x250

5x310

5x355

10x405

SS: DB Lunges/Neck Extension

12ea x 30/20x30

2x{12ea x 40/20x40} - All the neck harness work was kept light today to make sure I didn't cause anything to return to SNAFU status.

TS: Single Leg Calf Raise/Neck Flexion/Hypers

3x{20ea x BW/20ea x 30/15xBW} - Strangely, it felt like my left calf was a little weaker relative to my right today. I am pretty sure this is a fluke since I haven't injured anything down there recently and have been doing these regularly enough that I think I would have noticed it before.
