Its time to step my raw squat training up. I have been ready and waiting to start pushing harder when I knew it was time. Its time.

I got my sites set on a few things. My raw squat is one of them. There has only been 1 - 308 weight class mens masters that has squatted 800 as far as I can see. I would like to make it 2. 750 raw in the mens 308 mens open 6 years ago is my best in a meet.

SSB

3 sets of 10 reps each set with 315

GHR

5 sets x 10 reps

Leg Curls

5 sets x 20 reps

Calf Raises

200 total reps

DB Shrugs

100 total reps

Abs

Don't worry about what other people think ....there will always be people who want to see you fail, because they can not succeed themselves ....
