This will be the last time I bench press until we hit openers.

I don't think you guys and girls want to continue reading about me moaning and groaning, bitching and complaining about how much I hurt and how bad my elbows feel.

This is all I have to say about tonight. I hit the weight that I wanted to hit. I got through the work out and now I will rest until the day of openers until I bench again.

Multiply Benching

raw warm-ups with 2board on all sets

1 x bar - 1 1 x 135 - 1 1 x 225 - 1 1 x 315 - 1 1 x 405 - 1

Added METAL PRO BENCH SHIRT

1 x 500 - 1

Dropped to 1/2 board

1 x 600 - 1

Incline DB Press

3 x 15

Inverted Rows

3 x 10

Wide Grip at Pulldowns

4 x 10

Seated OHP Machine

4 x 10

Abs
