I can not take credit for this movement. I had already had floor presses on tap for today but I saw a video of Matt Wenning doing rev band floor presses and thought, "Hell yeah Im trying those!"

I'm glad I did. I loved them. It allowed me to get heavier and focus on my lockout power in a better fashion. I have to wear my Metal Catapult as well to protect my shoulder but I still got a huge benefit out of this movement. I will defiantly add this to my training cycles in the future. If your reading this Matt, thank you sir!

Banded Tri Pressdown

100 continous reps

V Bar Lat Pulldowns

10 sets x 10 reps each set

DB Front Raises

3 sets x 50 reps each set
