Crazy 2019 thus far for the Anto residence. After getting our ducks in a row with me moving up to Indiana, getting married, moving in and allowing the kids a smooth transition we decided to sell Julia's house. This process was nerve-racking for me as it was my first time through these hoops.
house buying and selling is something I am very glad I do not do on a regular basis, there are so many moving parts and layers my anxiety waiting for things would be super high. It was kept elevated looking for a house as ours was already contingent" and that means we needed to find a house!
God blessed us with many scenarios that we needed to work through, wanting houses that were out of our price range. Having our price range decreased more than what we were originally told by our loan officer and a slew of other things. All in all, everything worked out and we ended with a very old 1957 house that will need some work but the inside had a great layout (with the kids upstairs), and updated kitchen.
