Have you ever been with someone that has eventually made you hate something? I think Julia has actually, maybe, made me hate squatting. Lets be honest, that will never happen BUT, I do hate hypertrophy training because of exercise prescriptions like these. Squatting sets of 3 working up to a moderate three, once you arrive at moderate do sets of three with breaks (only long enough to change your own weight, going up) until you can not complete three reps. To add insult to injury the last superset to end the workout made me very close to throwing up... again.

Day 1 – Legs (Monday) Banded Leg curls – 3x10, last set do 20 partials: oops Any bar squat (Duffalo, spider, or SSB) (can add chains if want) – warm up and do 3x3 at a good weight.
After the third set, you’ll do an ascending set of 3x3. Example: 
135x8
225x5 275x5 315x5 365x3 405x3 405x3 405x3 Then ascension set…. 445x3 (rest only to add weight to the bar… please rack it for about 15 seconds) 465x3 barely
485x3 NOT ATTEMPTED

SSB front squat – 5x15 stance that will hit quads: 155-175-195-215-235 
 superset with
 Leg extension – 5x15
 DB stiff leg/ RDL 3x12: 85
