Bench feeling good!
600 is a pretty good gym lift for me at 12 weeks out, and I don't think I've ever done it at this bodyweight. I guess this is a good start.
6/26- More upper accessory
As long as I still have the autoimmune joint pain and now have a hernia I may not be able to lift as heavy, but I'm going to do my best to maintain.
