What Really Defines A Team?
Over the past 18 years there have been under 150 Elitefts team members. This is less than others that have been around half as long as we have. This covers some of the reason why and why we have so many who have been around over a decade now.
My online M2 Raw Method client, Micah Eddy’s Meet Results
Micah went from a 1110 total to 1245, set 3 PRs, placed first in his class, and set a new state squat record. Once again, that’s right, he put 135 lbs on his RAW total!!!
I FINALLY admit defeat in my long standing pursuit of my White Whale
I've had a big gnarly goal in my head for many many years that I have yet to even come close to hitting. Its on a board in my gym that has occasionally made it into some of my video's. The goal itself isn't worth mentioning as I've never come close with loosing my deadlift due to arm issues and spending years and multiple surgeries to try and overcome the problems it caused. This last training cycle I finally thought I had it licked and my one nemesis, my deadlift was making comeback. And I was sure so would my total. I decided to give myself ONE LAST shot at the 220's to go for my goal and try and slay that whale.
2/8- Speed Deadlifts w/video
The purpose of this coaching log is to explain the philosophy behind my training which has developed into the M2 Method through the experiences of my training partners and I (as a 20 year veteran in the sport).
