Keys to Success:

  • Set the safety pins in the leg press where you feel most comfortable.
  • Lower the weight to the saftey pins under control.
  • Set the platform on the safety pins and rest for 1 second but do not let the tension leave the quads.
  • Explode through the heels and push the weight up as fast as possible.
  • Repeat for desired reps.
