Benching with a straight bar, straight weight. I did a few sets of pullups and trx row variations to get warmed up, then got right to work.
Bench Press: barx5 135x5 225x5 275x5 315x5 345x5 365x5 x 2 sets
Close Grip Bench 225x10 x 3 sets
Dumbbell Incline Bench 3x20 superset pullups 3x10
This was the first time I did a lot of reps in awhile and it left me pretty sore the next day.
