I have always looked at bench like something that has to be done to get to deadlift.
Monday raw bench against chains
Top sets of 315x5 and 365x5 (with slingshot) against 100# of chains.
Week 7 Day 1- Multiply Bench-Press with VIDEO
Slowly getting some heavy straight weight back on the bar....
Strongman Event Day
Just putting in some work on the axle and training the yoke squat, without a yoke.
Some Lower Body Work - Deadlifts, SSB Pause Squats & Block Pulls
I'm a creature of habit, so with things being off all week so was my normal routine. I got my training in, however my diet was off. I also have just felt pretty crappy overall due to the extreme cold and spending way more time inside than I'm used to. No excuses though.
