3 plates x 50yds x 6 trips Split forward and backward

Backwards gives my quads a ridiculous cramp-inducing pump. So I need to keep doing them because it's an obvious weakness. In my football/college days I was extremely quad dominant. Now I'm slightly weaker in the quads than my posterior chain. I. SEEK. BALANCE.

Pull ups 4x10 I'm a pull up machine now. DB Rows 4x10

Grip- dumbbell holds, just messing around grabbing the top of the hex dumbbells in between conversations with training partners about things that I will never speak of on this training log.
