Breaking the bad habit of shifting/twisting I picked up due to favoring my strong leg must be corrected. The only way to do this is with correctly performed repetitions….lots of them.

Headed to the commercial gym to meet up with Molly for an upper accessory day. Molly and I have been training together since 2008 and we always have good sessions together.
