Benching- Like an Idiot
Five hundred for an almost triple while banged up; any meathead would take that, I left happy, time to get dialed in and win my third Arnold.
Missing a Pull
I'm Irish, I'm stubborn, and am willing to push the envelope to win the Arnold for the third straight time.
Bench Transition
Bench will help my bench. Consistency will help it improve. Extensions will get me jacked.
Perspective
Foundation still lags but building off of this training phase I am not upset about one bit.
