The purpose of this coaching log is to explain the philosophy behind my training which has developed into the M2 Method through the experiences of my training partners and I (as a 20 year veteran in the sport).
Off-season: Mon/Tues/Wed - Legs/Back/Pressing
3 good days of training. Being consistent with some dynamic stretching and movement and hip is coming along. Let's keep it that way.
The Week in Training with Leroy "The Machine" Walker
This last week I had the pleasure of hosting Leroy Walker for a visit. Leroy is an incredible raw bench presser and we spent several days talking training, eating good food, and lifting weights. Leroy did some fun stuff for the camera and played with the new Duffalo Bar which he fell in love with. Here are some snippets of our training for the week.

Deadlift Quick Fix
When we start in a bad position or we fire in the wrong order, we generally see the lower back become a mover as opposed to a stabilizer in the deadlift.
