Well I've gone and done it - Big changes underway & Guinness record party
I've decided to make some drastic changes in my life and chase my passion leaving my 18 years of career advancement as a corporate executive. To kick off the changes I'll be partying in epic style attempting to set the guinness world record for most squatted in one minute AND out squat Tom Platz epic 501x23 reps at the same time.

Legs were hit early last week. Some squats are always on my first leg day with some single leg work and of course hammies.
