Steve Pulcinella has been passionately strength training since the age of twelve and competing in strength athletics since the age of fourteen. My epic overreaching phase continues this week as I continue to smash one workout after the next with a trip to Sacramento to visit my friend Mark Bell. I work with Bell's athletes on rehab, prehab, squats, pulls, while Mark works on my bench press.
