Some speed benching feeling good after dropping the bands. Overall, A great cycle. Volume is coming down but keeping up with some higher rep accessories, especially the shoulders

Week 2 of Mad Volume & Challenges - 2015 wk 11
Simply put I have added some insane volume levels to my training in the last few weeks. I am recovering well but also have some pretty significant challenges coming at me in regards to my travel, workload, and schedule that I need to figure out how to resolve as well.
