Primary Back & Biceps
Changed up some exercises from the Meadows program, but kept the rep scheme and targeted muscles. Biceps are now a part of back training.

Week 4 squat training with Video. Final heavy squat before the meet and worked up to ~98%.

I have to admit, my training sucks. I'd prefer it not to. I'd prefer to be focused, consistent and making gains.
