Typical speed bench today. Switched back to the Swiss press bar and threw in a push up variation against a band.

At the start of this calendar year I talked about big changes coming and was looking forward to it all.
Week 9 / Day 3 - Deadlift Training w/ Video
Week 9 deadlift training with reverse average bands and vs. chains. Video included.
Week 3, Day 3 - Back & Biceps (Deadlift w/VIDEO)
I'm definitely not at peak strength, but I did work up to a respectable triple.
Week 3, Day 2 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
I've got at least 9 more weeks of this and my calories just bumped up more - so I'm excited to see the changes in my body in the upcoming weeks.
