Training at the compound on Tuesdays is nice and I think pulling heavy through the week will help me to finally break the 700 barrier in a meet.
Primary Chest + Some Extra
Primary chest with a little triceps, rear delts and back thrown in for good measure. Bring some extra intra-workout nutrition!
