JUST ADDED: John Meadows Training Session Included - This is now twice this week that I put myself on the floor with a challenge set, which is ... To me, it's a good thing because it's telling me that I'm getting in shape to be able to train the way I think I need to be able to train, so I'm getting closer to the starting gate to what I'm going to want to do.
