900x2 squat and Heavy Pulls - Possible training Changes - 2015wk50
The last two weeks of training are detailed with some great lifts including an easy 900x2 squat and a solid strap less deadlift. Chris also discusses some upcoming projects and potential training changes.

Off-season: GREAT back day + extra hamstring work
Lots of pulling and rowing. Hamstring work tied in as it all ties together with posing. Still working on bringing hammies up.

This really wasn't that bad of a session but it creep up on me about 3/4 of the way though and left me barely able to walk.

You may recall that I am a person who likes routine and order, I’ve written about it before. I am not a huge fan of chaos, unless I have a few whiskeys in me than all bets are off. Just ask Spud, Selkow or even the dashingly handsome Casey Williams.
12/11- Moving around
My purpose at this point is to improve on areas I've been neglecting in an attempt to stay healthy and still improve on my lifts as an aging powerlifter.
12/14- Raw Wide Stance Sumo Deadlifts w/video
I’m working on increasing my hip mobility to stand wider, get my hips closer to the bar, and reduce my ROM.
