Legs EOD: Day 3
Day three in my legs EOD experiment. A high intensity workout with high reps and drop sets is finished off with 405lb squats for set number 30 of the workout.
I’ll never live to see 40.
I realize it doesn’t matter how strong I am if my heart isn’t working efficiently.

Off-season: Super ridiculously uber high volume Leg day to rid the weekend bloat
Oh fun!! It's deadlift day........ oh wait, there's a shit ton of volume for legs. Marathon session.
