Saturday Squat
Following Boss of Bosses V, Casey is ready to get back to it. Follow along as Josh Bryant programs for him — reducing stress levels and sharing training knowledge. Already up 10 pounds of mass (with the help of Tim Tams, chocolate cookies, and icecream) Casey's immediate goal is to go from 236-238 pounds up to 250-255 pounds. His diet will tighten up and training will consist of a lot of volume. Consider the discipline and stress management on Casey's end to get his weight up.
