Starting 5/3/1 for the first time time in four years. I look forward to focusing on my raw strength for a while.

I still wasn't feeling great, and was a few pounds light, even though I had been eating a ton. I was probably a little sick and should have taken it easy, but hindsight is 20/20 I guess.
