I plan to stick with benching in the Catapult, in place of the shirt, for a while.
FINISHING OFF A WEEK AND STARTING A NEW ONE
My schedule is dictating (that is an odd sounding word isn't it) that I train three days in a row. No biggie, just feeling beat up, but that's the norm.

Familiarity can breed stagnation, thus a variety of movements to a degree can work to destroy sticking points as well as keep you moving upward on the powerlifting sigmoid curve.
