The purpose of this coaching log is to explain the M2 Training Method through the experiences of my training partners and I (as a 20 year veteran in the sport) to show the benefits of high intensity/low volume training along with displaying the equipment I design to help benefit lifters such as yourself.
Off-season: Birthday week of training and a fun Pushup variation
A few days of training around my birthday. All coming together with some bench work. Hit a good solid single. Again proving that when all is right, I'm good. If i'm off an inch, I'm screwed. And a pushup variation for you to tri (get it... tri... triceps...)

Busy week hosting a meet at EPC once again. Had a couple virtual clients fly in to compete who both performed well, one of them setting a new all-time raw record. I ended up hitting some good lifts across all my training over the course of the week as well with a chain reloaded 950lbs squat and chain deloaded 875 deadlift for reps.
Beware of the Powerlifting Reaper!
