Travels, Coaching, & World Record Squats
Over the last two weeks I've been in Canada assisting Amit Sapir as he set a new World Record in the Raw Squat or at Donnie Thompson's gym in South Carolina collaborating on training and rehab. I've been training 6-7 days a week but you'll likely enjoy this inspiring video of Amit more.
