Stop Ruining Strength Means
Are you REALLY doing speed work or are you just moving moderate weight fast and missing the point? Bringing up old topics that are being completely botched. This is an example of social media doing this industry a disservice, or as one of my favorite coaches says, "the matrix".
Full Measure
No filler. If I am called a fuck up or a mistake, I will fill that cup to the brim and savor ever drop.
Bench: Week 2
Bench feels unstable. Too early into training to worry about leverages. Things will normalize and plan is always to get stronger.
